FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Where are you located?

Our studio is located at 7/13 Kayleigh Drive, Buderim & is wheelchair accessible. 

Is there parking available?

There is ample, free parking along Kayleigh Drive. Weekdays can be a little trickier so we recommend providing yourself with extra time to locate a park.

Do you hire the studio for workshops?

All workshop are exclusive to Hello Studio. We offer collaboration with artists & creatives. If you are an artist or creative, please get in touch as I am sure we would love to create a beautiful experience together!

Is the studio available for events?

Yes, we allow small events such as baby showers & networking events. BYO is welcome. We can also assist with catering services if interested.

Do you hire any furniture or props?

Yes, we are currently working on our hire collection! Please contact us to let us know what you need & we can see if it is available.

How many guests can the studio host?

We can comfortably fit up to 50 guest. 

Do you sell alcohol?

No, we are not licensed to sell alcohol. You are however, welcome to BYO beverages to any events or workshops.

Do you offer pop up events?

Yes, we can offer pop up events & exhibitions. We recommend you book 2-3 months in advance to ensure availability. 

Can I bring someone along just to watch?

Each workshop attendee must have purchased a ticket. There is of course, an exception for carers & healthcare workers.

Can I bring my child?

For consideration of other attendees, we permit children that are newborn to 3 months of age only. Specific children workshops will also be offered to which they are welcome to attend!

Are tickets refundable?

Tickets are non-refundable, however, we welcome you to find someone else to take your place. Please find further information in our Workshop Terms & Conditions. 

Is there bathroom facilities onsite?

We have one disabled toilet available onsite.
